Polycomb group (PcG) proteins are key epigenetic regulators responsible for gene repression.
The work of our group aims to study the mechanisms of PcG-mediated repression. One of the main directions is the identification and study of new DNA-binding factors involved in the recruitment of PcG complexes in Drosophila and humans.
